In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn the science, philosophy, and practice of meditation, including ways to create a daily practice. Learn to bring peace, calm and balance into the chaos of life.
Kristen and Danica are certified Lifestyle Meditation Teacher with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. Ever since incorporating meditation into their daily lives, the benefits have transformed their ability to cope with stress, make more aligned choices and create a stronger connection with themselves and others.
